Welcome to Harrods
Harrods needed a new film to launch their new induction training scheme to introduce this unique store to all new recruits.
Filmed throughout the store using Steadicam, the film traces a day in the life of a fictional Harrods customer - demonstrating the vast range of products and services that the store has to offer, as well as the huge logistical infrastructure behind the scenes that the customer never sees. Throughout, the emphasis is on superb customer service.
The film is now shown to every one of the thousands of new recruits that Harrods trains each year.
